The Waffle Shop is a great way to start your day for nearly 50 years! We are proud to continue this Centre County legacy, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch 7 days a week. In March 2023, the Downtown State College and Downtown Bellefonte locations have gone under new ownership, with the promise of bringing The Waffle Shop experience to new families and friends we make along the way.
